Every review answered, in their language. You approve every reply.

Once a day, new Google reviews are checked. Claude drafts a short, personal reply to each one in the reviewer's own language, with an English translation for you. Every draft is checked for things a public reply must never contain, like discounts, links or someone's surname. Sensitive reviews, such as a food safety complaint, are held until you've looked at them. You approve, change or skip each reply before anything is posted.

Demo Everything here is fictional: the bakery, its locations, the reviewers and the reviews. The demo plays back pre-written drafts in your browser. It does not call an AI model, post anything or save anything. The real template does the same steps with Claude and the business's own Google Business Profile, and the owner approves from one short form linked in the daily digest.
1 · Your reviews this morning
2 · Your digest: approve, change or skip

Check for new reviews to see today's drafts.

    3 · What you're told afterwards

Approve the digest to see the confirmation. The replies then appear under the reviews above.

The reply checks and the standard wording are set per business, in English, French, Spanish and German (more can be added). Clinics, law firms and similar businesses can switch on a confidential mode so replies never confirm that someone is a client or patient. Tern & Thistle Bakehouse is a fictional demo company; every reviewer and review is invented.
