Customers email a list or fill in a form. Each request is read, every item is matched to your price list, and the quote is priced from that list with your customer discounts, quantity breaks, freight and the right sales tax or VAT for where it's going: GST/HST/PST/QST in Canada, state sales tax in the US, VAT in the EU. Quotes go out in the customer's language. Nothing goes out until a person approves it.

Demo Everything here is fictional: the company, the customers, the requests and the price list. The demo plays back pre-written readings and cover notes in your browser. It does not call an AI model, send email or save anything. The real template does the same steps with Claude and your own price list.

    Quote intake template, demo build. The production version runs on n8n with the client's own Claude API key, mailbox and price list (Google Sheets, QuickBooks Online or Xero), and keeps the same approval step. Tax rates are 2026 rates, kept in the client's settings, and checked each January.
